Loyalty Automotive is growing! Come grow with us at our newest dealership in the Williamsburg Area. As a result of our growth, we are looking to hire experienced and professional sales consultants who are looking to take their sales career to the next level.

If you’re a high-performing, experienced sales professional with strong customer service, communication and closing skills, this is the right time and the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with vehicle selection
• Review specific model options and features along with Loyalty’s added value service offerings
• Review finance options
• Work with team members to facilitate delivery of vehicles
• Follow through with customers after the sale
• Attend staff meetings, training and other activities as required

Requirements for the position:

• Ability to close and negotiate
• People skills
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Good presentation skills
• Computer and digital knowledge
• Motivated and customer-focused
• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license
